This is my dog Joey. One nuerologist said it is a behavioral problem, and another specialist said it's epilepsy. He now takes twice daily megadoses of phenobarbital. Has anyone seen this before, or have any ideas that might help Joey. There is a fan blowing on him, but that is not the problem. Thank you. Rob Yates
